地塞米松对顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的影响

EFFECT OF DEXAMETHASONE OF THO RACIC CAVITY CISPLATIN INJECTION ON MALIGNANT PLEURAL EFFUSION

①目的 观察地塞米松对顺铂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液效果的影响。②方法 将恶性胸腔积液病人 67例随机分为两组 ,对照组 37例 ,在常规治疗的基础上 ,给予顺铂 60mg +生理盐水 40mL ,地塞米松5mg +生理盐水 1 0mL ,在胸腔穿刺后注入胸腔内 ,每周 1次。治疗组 30例 ,除不用地塞米松外其余同对照组。③结果 治疗组第 1 ,2 ,3周疗效均优于对照组 (uc=3 .1 7,3 .0 8,2 .96 ,P <0 .0 1 )。

Objective\ To investigate the effect of dexamethasone of thoracic cavity injection on malignant pleural effusio n(MPE). \ Methods\ 67 patients with MPE were divided into two groups . 37 patients were treated with thoracic cavity cisplatin 60 mg+NS 40 mL injection and dexamethasone 5 mg+NS 10 mL injection after thoracocent sis once a week, as the control group; the other 30 patients were no t given dexamethasone, as the treated group. The two groups were tr eated simultaneously with the routine therapy.\ Results\ The curative effect of the treated group were bet ter than that of the control group ( u c=3.17, 3.08, 2.96,P <0.01). \ Conclusion\ Dexamethasone could reduce the curative effect of cisplatin on MPE.
