摘要
①目的 观察超激光局部照射加星状神经节照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。②方法 将 80例慢性盆腔炎病人分为两组 ,每组 40例 ,A组给予下腹部照射加星状神经节照射 ,B组仅给予下腹部照射。③结果 A组疗效明显优于B组 (uc=2 .0 5 ,Р <0 .0 5)。
Objective\ To observe the effect of lo ca l irradiation plus irradiation of stellate ganglion with Super Laser (SL) for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.\ Methods\ 80 patients were randomly divided into Groups A and B, 40 for each group. Group A received lower abdomen irradiation plus st ellate ganglion irradiation; Group B, simple lower abdomen irradiation only. \ Results\ Group A got better therapeutic outcome than Group B ( u c=2.05, P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ The efficacy of local irradiation plus stellate ganglion irradiation is better than that of simple local irradiation with SL for chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases. [
