穴注黄芪、当归注射液对实验性慢性萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜屏障的影响

Effect of Acupoint Injection with Huangqi Injection and Danggui Injection on Gastric Mucosal Barrier of Rats with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

【目的】探讨穴注黄芪、当归注射液对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜屏障的影响。【方法】采用N -甲基 -N -硝基亚硝基胍 (MNNG)诱发大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。随机将 70只大鼠分为正常组、模型 1组 (40 μg/mLMNNG造模 )、模型 2组(6 0 μg/mLMNNG造模 )、穴注 1组 (40 μg/mLMNNG造模 +穴注 )与穴注 2组 (6 0 μg/mLMNNG造模 +穴注 )。穴注组均于造模 10周开始以黄芪、当归注射液等份混合注入足三里穴。造模 31周时观察各组大鼠胃粘膜病理及胃粘膜屏障的改变。【结果】随造模浓度的增加 ,胃粘膜损伤 ,粘膜上皮细胞连接减少、间隙增宽 ,其变化与胃粘膜萎缩、肠上皮化生、异型增生发生数呈正相关 (均P <0 0 5 )。穴注组均细胞间隙明显缩小 ,胃粘膜损伤减轻 (均P <0 0 5 )。【结论】黄芪、当归注射液注射足三里穴 ,可以抑制实验性萎缩性胃炎胃粘膜屏障的损伤。

To investigate the effects of acupoint injection with Danggui injection (DI) and Huangqi injection (HI) on gastric mucosal barrier of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Rat models of CAG were induced by N methyl N' nitro N nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). Seventy rats were assigned to Group A (normal control), Group B (modeled with 40μg/mL MNNG), Group C (modeled with 60μg/mL MNNG), Group D (modeled with 40μg/mL MNNG and treated with acupoint injection) and Group E (modeled with 60μg/mL MNNG and treated with acupoint injection). Acupoint injection was carried out with the mixture of DI and HI in Zusanli (ST36) 10 weeks after modeling. Pathological changes of gastric mucosa(IM) and gastric mucosal barrier were examined 31 weeks after modeling.With the prolongation of MNNG exposure time and the increase of MNNG concentration, gastric mucosal injury(GMI) index increased and the pathological changes such as atrophy, intestinal metaplasia(IM) and gastric epithelial dysplasia became worse; gastric mucosal epithelial junction decreased and the intercellular space increased in model rats (P<0 05 as compared with Group A). GMI index was positively correlated with the severity of CAG (P<0 05). Acupoint injection with DI and HI reduced the injury of gastric mucosa and lessened the intercellular space, the difference being significant as compared with those in Group B and Group C(P< 0 05).[Conclusion]Acupoint injection with DI and HI in Zusanli (ST36) can reduce the damage of gastric mucosal barrier of rats with CAG.
