摘要
目的 了解非发酵菌感染情况及耐药性特点,延缓和减少医院感染的耐药菌株产生,为临床正确选用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法 对本院1999年1月~12月各类临床标本培养分离出的214株非发酵菌进行回顾性分析。结果 检出的942株细菌中214株为非发酵菌,占22.72%,其在痰液、脓液和分泌液标本中分别占检出菌株数的39.40%、21.69%和19.77%。药敏结果显示,非发酵菌对头孢一代的耐药率为95.79%,对阿莫西林和氨曲南的耐药率分别为75.70%、66.82%。结论 非发酵菌占临床检出菌株的比例较高,从分布来看,以痰液中所占比较较高,其次为脓液。非发酵菌对临床常用的抗生素有极高的耐药性,临床医师应注意合理使用抗生素。
Objective To explore die characteristics of infection and drug resistance of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli and to guide the proper use of antibiotics, and then to reduce the production of drug resistance stains in infective patients. Methods 214 strains of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli from various kinds of clinical specimen during Jan ~ Dec 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 214 strains of nonfermentative gram- negative bacilli were checked out from the 942 bacilli(22.72%), and the percentage of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli separated out from positive strains in the sample of sputum, purulent exudate and exudate was 39.40%,21.69% and 19.77% respectively;The result of drug sensitive test showed that the rate of the drug resistance to primary cephalosporis was approximate to 95.79%; and the rate of the drug resistance to amoxycillin and aztreonam attained 75.70% and 66.82% respectively. Conduskxi The percentage of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli checked out from positive stains was higher, and the percentage of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli in sputum is higher than that of nonfermentative gram - negative bacilli in purulent exudate. The drug resistance to frequently - used antibiotics of nonfermentative gram -negative bacilli higher,so we should pay attention to choose the antibiotics correctly.
