海南省“三级甲等”医院科研人员知识更新需求调查分析

Analysis of the demands for knowledge renewing by medical workers in the hospitals of First Class of Grade I in Hainan Province

目的 对海南省“三级甲等”医院科研人员知识更新需求进行调查,深入了解海南省科研人员对知识更新的需求情况,为医学科研人员的知识更新提供继续教育的依据。方法 采用自编的知识更新需求调查表,对海南省5家“三级甲等”医院的1 049名科研人员进行抽样调查。结果 调查显示,科研人员最希望得到更新的知识是:专业知识777人(占74.1％)、专业技能722人(占68.8％)、科研方法453人(占43.2％)、英语443人(占42.2％)、电脑548人(占52.2％)、管理154人(占15.7％)、法律知识165人(占14.7％)。结论 科研人员最希望得到更新的知识主要是与专业相关的知识,专业知识和专业技能的知识更新依然为科研人员急需要更新的内容。大部分科研人员都希望能得到知识更新的机会,单位领导应重视科研人员知识更新和技能更新,从政策、组织和制度上保证科研人员的知识更新。

Objective To investigate the demands of the knowledge renewing by the medical workers in the hospitals of First Class of Grade Ⅲ in Hainan Province and provide basis for formulating relevant measures and practising continusous professional education. Methods Sampling investigation was conducted using the designed questionaire and 1049 professional workers were surveyed in 5 hospitals of First Class of Grade Ⅲ in this province. Results It showed that the knowledge the professional workers wanted to acquired are in the order of professional knowledge (accounted for 74. 1 % , 777/1049), professional technologies, (68. 8%, 722/ 1049),computer(52.2%,548/1049) methodology (43.2%,453/1049),foreign language,especially English (42.2% ,443/1049) , administration (15.7% , 165/1049) and relevant laws and regulations (14.7%, 154/1049). Conclusion At present, professional knowledge is the one the medica workers most wanted to renew.Therefore,the administrative departments should pay attention to the demands of medical workers and professional training be carried out in due coures to update their knowledge level and working capabilities.
