椎管内肿瘤的MRI表现及鉴别诊断

MRI Expression and Differential Diagnosis of Intraspinal Tumors

目的 探讨MRI在定位性诊断椎管内肿瘤中的应用价值。方法 对经我院MR检查并经病理证实的椎管内肿瘤39例进行分析。结果 髓内肿瘤 7例 ,6例诊断正确。髓外肿瘤 32例 ,诊断均正确。按解剖隔间定位诊断正确率92 1% ,定性诊断正确率 72 %。结论 可借助任何角度扫描 。

Objective To study the applied value of MRI in positioning and qualitative diagnosis of intrapinal tumors Methods 39 cases with intraspinal tumors examined wish MR and verified by pathology in our hospital were analyzed Results In 7 cases with intramedullary tumor the diagnosis of 6 cases was right In 32 cases with extramedullary tumor all were right The correct rate was 92.1% by anatomically septal positioning diagnosis and the correct rate was 72% by qualitative diagnosis Conclusion By means of any angular scanning it can fully display the relation of pathologic change and peripheral tissues
