腹膜后十二指肠伤诊治体会

Understanding of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Retroperitoneal Duodenal Wound

目的 探讨腹膜后十二指肠伤的早期诊断与手术方法。方法 对我院 1992年 1月— 2 0 0 2年 1月收治的 12例腹膜后十二指肠伤进行回顾性分析。结果 术前获诊断 2例 ,8例出现腹膜炎表现 ,2例为腹腔内出血表现 ,本组均手术治疗 ,采用彻底清创、无张力修补、充分肠腔内减压、空肠造瘘和通畅的腹腔外引流 ,11例治愈 ,死亡 1例。

Objective To probe the early diagnosis and operative method of retroperitoneal duoderal wound Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 cases with retroperitoneal duodenal wound treated in our hospital from Jan 1992 to Jan 2002 was made Results 2 cases was diagnosed before operation 2 cases had the manifestation of intraperitoneal hemorrhage 8 cases had the manifestation of peritonitis THis group of patients were all treated with operation 11 cases were cured and one case was clead Conclusion Early diagnosis and reasonable operation could decrease the complications and mortality of retroperitoneal duodenal wound
