摘要
在直径为0.4m、高3m的实验塔中,采用NH_3-H_2O系统,以外混二流式喷嘴作雾化器,研究喷雾塔内的传质(?)在单个液滴传质方程式的基础上,结合喷雾塔内液滴群的运动特点,导出喷雾塔内液滴群的体积传质系数与持液量、索特尔平均直径及两相相对速度之间的关系。通过实验数据的拟合,获得关联式:Kya=2.320×10^(-4)×HLdvs^(-1.2152)Z^(-0.7778)[Ud/HL-Uc/(1-HL)]^(0.7848)。该式计算结果与实验数据十分吻合。
The mass transfer of H_2O-NH_3-air system in an experimental spray column (φ400×3000) is studied with a pneumatic nozzle atomizer. Based on the masstransfer equation of single drop and the motion characteristics of drop swarms, the relationship amoung the volume mass transfer coefficient, liquid holdup, Santer mean diameter and the relative velocity of the two phases is derived. Simulating the experimental data, the following equation is given: and the calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
