Skutterudite结构热电材料的研究进展

摘要 CoAs_3结构的Skutterudite化合物具有复杂的能带结构,较大的空穴迁移率。通过适当的掺杂,可使Skutterudite化合物的笼状孔隙形成部分填充,使填隙原子处于“跳动”状态,从而产生对声子散射作用,降低Skutterudite化合物的热导率。 Skutterudite compounds have a CoAs3 structure and a large mobility.By doping the part-filled Skutterudites can be obtained.With atom hopping in the cage,the partial void filling Skutterudites have lower lattice thermal conductivity.
