摘要
依据生物矿化作用原理,在动态条件下,通过仿生合成的方法,合成了具片状结晶的纳米羟基磷灰石(HAP);采用TEM,XRD,FTIR等手段对合成样品进行了形貌与结构表征;基于胶原蛋白的三级结构、动态合成条件、HAP结晶习性和表面活性剂功能对模板诱导仿生合成机理进行了分析;这一结果为具有生物相容性的优异力学性能的HAP生物功能材料的合成开创了一条新的途径。
Based on the principles of biomirieralization.nano flake hydroxyapatites (HAP) were synthesized through biomimetic synthesis method under dynamic conditions.The form and structure were characterized by means of TEM,XRD and FTIR measurement.On the basis of analysis of three-grade structure of the collagen protein,crys-tallographic habits of the HAP and function of the surfactant,the mechanism of template-medated biomimetic synthesis was studied.The results have opened up a new way to prepare the biomatenal HAP with biocompatibihty and high mechanical properties.
