摘要
以LiNO_3和Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O为原料,以柠檬酸为燃料,采用燃烧合成法制备了LiCoO_2包覆的多孔NiO阴极。X射线衍射技术(XRD)、X射线能量散射谱(EDAX)和电子显微镜(TEM和SEM)分析表明,NiO颗粒表面的包覆层是由尺寸小于100纳米的LiCoO_2微粒构成,并与NiO颗粒紧密烧结在一起,有效地减少了NiO与熔融碳酸盐的接触面积,降低了氧化镍的溶解度。
In this work,a novel cathode for molten carbonate fuel cell was prepared by coating L1CoO2 on the
surface of porous NiO cathode using a simple combustion process.The results of analysis using X-ray diffraction technique (XRD),energy dispersive analysis of X-ray (EDAX),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) indicate that the LiCoO2 coating on the surface of NiO particles consists of nonometer-sized LiCoO2 grains and sintered tightly with the NiO particles.The LiCoO2 coating dramatically reduces the contact area of NiO with the carbonate melts,thus the solubility of NiO in the carbonate melts decreases.
