摘要
采用液相烧结法成功地制备了钢结硬质合金——钢硬质耐磨覆层材料FC-Ⅰ和FC-Ⅱ,对其液相烧结工艺进行了研究,并利用扫描电镜和x射线衍射分析了两种覆层材料的微观结构.结果表明:热处理后FC-Ⅰ和FC-Ⅱ的表面维氏硬度分别为6.418 MPa和5.580MPa;FC-Ⅰ的烧结温度为1300℃,FC-Ⅱ的烧结温度为1280℃,升温速度在固相烧结阶段是10~15℃/min,液相阶段是5℃/min,保温时间为20~60min;FC-Ⅰ的组织为体心立方相的α-Fe和面心立方相的Fe3 W3 C;Fc-Ⅱ的组织为Ni基固溶体、面心立方相的Fe,W3 C和体心立方相的α-Fe.
Steel based carbide and steel hardened cladding materials FC -Ⅰ and FC - Ⅱ have been manufactured successfully by liquid sintering process. The surface hardness of FC -Ⅰ and FC -Ⅱ after heat treatment are 6.418 MPa ( HV) and 5. 580 MPa ( HV). Sintering parameters obtained by studying the liquid phase sintering process are as follows: sintering temperature of FC -Ⅰ and FC - Ⅱ are 1300 ℃ and 1280 ℃ respectively, temperature raising rate of solid phase sintering and liquid phase sintering are 10 - 15 ℃/min and 5 ℃/min respectively, isothermal holding time is 20 - 60 min. Microstructure of FC -Ⅰ and FC - Ⅱ has been studied using SEM and XRD. Results show that the main composition of the cladding layer of FC -Ⅰ and FC -Ⅱ areα -Fe3 Fe3W3C and Ni based solid solution, Fe3W3C and α -Fe respectively.
