低碳钢热浸Zn-0.15%Ni合金镀层组织及第二相粒子 被引量:2

摘要 采用热浸zn-Ni合金镀锌方法,在含0.03%~0.36%Si的低碳钢上获得Zn~Ni合金镀层.研究了镀浴中Ni含量和钢中Si含量对镀层中δ相和ζ相生长速率的影响,以及Zn-Ni合金镀层η相中的第二相粒子即zn-Fe-M三元化合物г2相粒子的形成和长大过程.结果表明,在Zn-0.15%Ni镀浴中,含硅0.03%~0.215%钢镀层的ζ相明显受到抑制,δ相厚度略有增加.г2相粒子的形成和长大过程包括ζ相的溶解、г2相的形核和成比例吸收铁、镍而长大. Hot dipped Zn -Ni alloy coating was prepared on low carbon steels containing 0.03% -0.36% silicon by dipping in Zn - Ni bath. The influence of nickel content in the bath and silican content in the steel 、 on the growth rate of 8 and ξ phases, and the formation and growth process of secondary phase particles i.e. Zn - Fe - Ni ternary compound г 2 phase particles in η phase of zinc - nickel alloy coating were studied. The results showed that the growth ofξ phase in the Zn -0.15% Ni coatings of steels containing 0.03% - 0.215% Si is restrained distinctly and the thickness of 8 phase increases slightly. The process of formation and growth of г 2 phase includes the disso-lation ofξ phase the formation of г 2 phase and the growth to by absorbing iron and nickel atoms proportionally.
