摘要 亚硫酸盐在碱性条件下 ,产生化学发光 .罗丹明 6G可起增敏作用 .在优化的实验条件下 ,亚硫酸盐的测定范围为 0 0 5~ 2 μg/mL ,检出限为 0 0 4 μg/mL ,对 0 5 μg/mL的亚硫酸盐进行 11次测定 ,其RSD为 2 1%.将本法用于酒中亚硫酸盐测定 ,结果令人满意 . A chemiluminescence(CL) flow system is described for the determination of sulfite based on the chemiluminescence(CL) emission produced upon mixing a sulfite solution with an alkaline luminol solution sensitized by rhodamine 6G. The system responds linearly to sulfite concentration in the range 0 052 μg/mL with a detection limit (3 σ ) of 0 04 μg/mL and relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.1% for 0.5 μg/mL sulfite ( n =11). The system has been successfully applied to the determination of total sulfite in wines.
