抑肽酶对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注过程中氧化与抗氧化能力变化的影响

摘要 目的 研究大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注过程中氧化与抗氧化能力平衡的变化及抑肽酶预处理对其的影响。方法 健康成年SD大鼠 12 0只 ,随机分为假手术组 (A0 )、生理盐水预处理组 (A1 )和抑肽酶预处理组 (A2 ) ,观察肝脏缺血再灌注过程中肝组织氧化与抗氧化能力相关指标的变化 ,分析抑肽酶预处理的影响。结果 肝脏缺血再灌注后A1 、A2 两组与A0 组相比肝组织丙二醛含量大幅升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,A1 组较A2 组升高更多 (P <0 .0 1) ;A1 、A2 两组肝组织超氧化物歧化酶活性、总抗氧化能力与A0 组相比大幅降低 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注过程中氧化与抗氧化能力平衡遭到严重破坏 ,抑肽酶可减轻自由基反应 ,降低其破坏程度。 Objective To investigate the effects of aprotinin on changes of oxidative and anti oxidative balance during ischemia reperfusion of liver in rats Methods One hundred and twenty adult SD rats were randomized into three groups:Sham group(A 0),normal saline pretreatment group(A 1)and aprotinin pretreatment group(A 2).After the model of ischemia/reperfusion in the liver was established,the changes of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD), total anti oxidative activities(T AOC) and the effects of aprotinin on them were observed. Results MDA content in the liver tissue in GroupA 1 and GroupA 2 increased significantly than that in GroupA 0 and the change in GroupA 1 showed more intense than that in GroupA 2; SOD?T AOC in liver tissue in GroupA 1 and GroupA 2 lowered significantly than that in GroupA 0.Conclusion Balance of the capacity of oxidative and anti oxidative during ischemia reperfusion of liver in rats was destroyed severely and aprotinin pretreatment cound depress the change by moderating free radical reaction.
