临时心脏起搏器在严重心脏疾病患者围手术期中的应用

Temporary cardiac pacing used in perioperative period of the patients with severe heart disease

目的 探讨临时心脏起搏器在心脏疾病患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法 15例有较严重心脏疾患的手术患者在手术前安装临时心脏起搏器 ,并对围术期进行密切的观察。结果 15例均顺利渡过围术期 ,无麻醉死亡。

Objective Discuss the applicative value of temporary cardiac pacing in perioperative period of the patient with heart disease. Methods Implanted temporary cardiac pacing in fifteen patients with severe heart disease before operation, and intimately monitored in all perioperative period. Results Fifteen patients all passed by perioperative period smoothly, and there was no anesthetic death. Conclusion Temporary cardiac pacing could be used in operation of the patients with severe heart disease.
