摘要
目的 评价间断二次谐波成像技术对正常肝脏声学造影的增强效果及其动态变化规律 ,并与常规连续二次谐波显像进行对比分析。方法 健康犬 6只经外周静脉注入氟碳声学造影剂 ,分别用连续二次谐波显像和间断二次谐波成像扫描肝脏。使用视觉评分和视频密度分析造影效果评价。结果 连续二次谐波显像有 4次 1级增强、6次 2级增强和 2次 3级增强 ;间断二次谐波成像则有 1次 2级增强和 11次 3级增强。连续和间断二次谐波显像产生的造影增强视频密度值分别为 (12 9 0 6± 17 36 )和 (16 1 2 4± 12 80 ) (P <0 0 1)。结论 间断二次谐波成像可显著提高肝脏声学造影效果。
Objective The aim of the present paper was to comparatively evaluate liver contrast effects and regularity with intermittent second harmonic imaging(ISHI) and conventional consecutive second harmonic imaging (CSHI).Methods Six normal dogs were imaged with CSHI and ISHI after intravenous injection of FX530 (perfluorocarbon ultrasound contrast medium).The subjective scores and video intensities were used to estimate contrast effects.Results ISHI scored significantly higher in subjective evaluation than CSHI.The video intensities obtained from CSHI and ISHI were 129.6±17.36 and 161.24±12.80 respectively( P <0.01).Conclusion There was significant visual liver parenchyma enhancement of ISHI, and it is better than CSHI.
