丝裂霉素应用于鼻腔泪囊吻合术疗效探讨

Effect of mitomycin C therapy on dacryocystorhinostomy

目的 探讨丝裂霉紊C(mitomycinC ,MMC)对泪囊鼻腔吻合术的效果。方法 将 4 1只眼慢性泪囊炎随机分为MMC组 18只眼和对照组 2 3只眼 ,MMC组术中应用 0 ,4mg mlMMC ,对照组采用常规泪囊鼻腔吻合术 ,术后平均随访 30个月。结果治愈率 :MMC组与对照组分别为 94 .11% ,78.2 6 % ,(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MMC可作为治疗慢性泪囊炎的一种安全、简单、有效的辅助药物 ,应用于鼻腔泪囊吻合术中 ,大大提高了新造孔道通畅的可能性。

Objective To explore the effect of mitomycin C(MMC)therapy on dacryocystorhinostonmy,Method 41eyes of chronic dacryocystitis were randomly divided into 18 of MMCgroup with MMC 0.4mg/ml druing operation and 23 of control group without MMC therapy.Average follow up period was 30 months postoperatively.Resulits Cure rates were 94 11% in MMC group and 78 26% in control group respectively( P <0 05) Conclusion MMC could be conducted as a safe,simple,and effective adjunctive drug which was applied during the operation of dacryocystorhinostomy,and significantly highlighted new made passage unobstructed possibility in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis
