摘要
在爆破拆除一座五层的框架结构楼房时 ,采用了小爆破切口控制楼体倾倒时的后坐。文中对采用小爆破切口时楼体的倾倒过程进行了简要分析 ,并对小爆破切口与合理延时间隔相配合的必要性进行了详细阐述。理论分析及工程实践表明 ,小爆破切口技术适用于楼高H和跨度L之比 (H/L)大于 1 5的框架结构楼房的爆破拆除 ,切口高度一般不宜大于 2m。在确定爆破切口时 ,要综合考虑爆破施工环境以及楼体高度H、跨度L。
In demolition of a 5 storeyed frame building by blasting method, a low height blasting cut is used to control the recoil in the process of building collapsing. In this paper, the procedure of building collapsing with low height blasting cut is briefly studied and the necessity for coordination of the low height cut with reasonable delayed interval is expounded in detail. According to the theory analysis and engineering experience, the low height blasting cut technique is suitable to blasting demolition of the frame buildings with a height (H) to span(L) ratio of greater than1.5 and the height of the cut is less than 2m. When determining the heihgt of a blasting cut, the constructing conditions and the relation between the total height(H), span(L) and ground floor height (h) of a building and the strength of framework joints are necessary to be considered comprehensively.
