摘要
在菏日复线莒南站扩建工程中 ,既有线路两侧石质路堑的开挖采用了低台阶浅孔控制爆破技术。利用列车行车间隙进行爆破作业。预裂爆破和梯形微差起爆方法用于控制爆破地震效应 ;边坡侧安设钢管排架或预留岩石隔墙以及爆区覆盖“炮被” ,用来防止飞石抛向既有线 ,这些技术和安全措施确保了列车的正常运营 ,保证了民宅和周围环境的安全。文中详细介绍了爆破参数设计、炮孔布置。
