With the development of society and science the traditional form of packaging have not been already suitable to the various new requests from world markets and customers.Based on the principles of engineering science,information science,marketing and creation design idea,it is inevitable that the intelligent packaging technology comes up. The main contents are involved in several parts, such as the origin, definition, realism growth conditions, development, knowledge background, existing contents and forms; suggestions for the innovation of intelligent packaging technology.
