Zr_(41)Ti_(14)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5)非晶形成合金在落管中的无容器凝固

摘要 利用落管技术,在高纯He和Ar的混合气氛中获得了直径为80~1000μm的非晶合金小球.采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)方法,研究了在落管无容器状态凝固的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Nil0Be22.5非晶小球的玻璃转变及晶化动力学.结果表明:与水淬得到的Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大块非晶相比,利用落管获得的非晶小球,具有较小的玻璃转变激活能和较大的晶化激活能.从液态结构及形核机理角度讨论了这一差异,将有助于认识非晶合金的形成机理.
