溶剂对菁染料激发态异构化无势垒反应的影响

摘要 采用基态吸收光谱、荧光光谱、皮秒时间分辨荧光光谱和飞秒瞬态吸收光谱,研究了溶剂的空间位阻及多羟基官能团对3,3’-二(3-磺丙基)噻菁三乙胺盐激发态异构化无势垒反应的影响.结果表明:与长链单羟基醇类溶剂不同,由于受溶剂立体阻碍或所含羟基数目的影响,基态漂白信号具有不同的“短时间”行为.另外,荧光寿命与溶剂黏度并不呈现通常的线性关系;但在同一种溶剂中荧光寿命仍具有波长相关性,即随着检测波长向长波方向移动,瞬态组分寿命增长.以上结果与飞秒荧光上转换技术测定的结果一致,进一步证明了染料激发态的异构化是一个无势垒过程.
