小鼠精子发生后期生精细胞的基因表达谱 被引量:7

摘要 在精子发生后期由圆形精子细胞分化为成熟精子的过程称为精子形成(spermiogenesis).为探索参与精子细胞变态的相关基因,利用cDNA微阵列技术研究了Balb/c 小鼠精母细胞、圆形精子细胞及长形精子细胞的1176个已知基因的表达谱.结果表明在这3种生精细胞中,共检测到208个基因的表达,其中大多数基因从精母细胞到圆形精子和长形精子表现为表达下调,但有7个基因在圆形精子细胞中表达上调,3个基因在长形精子细胞中表达上调.从以上差异表达的基因中选取了7个基因,利用半定量RT-PCR方法对微阵列的结果进行了验证.发现其中的6个基因在不同生精细胞中的差异表达与微阵列结果一致,1个基因未显示出差异表达.这些结果为研究精子形成相关基因的表达、调节以及功能提供了重要的线索.
