昆明小鼠中脑下丘声反应特征的区域分布 被引量:2

摘要 用微电极胞外记录技术研究了昆明小鼠中脑下丘声反应特征的区域分布.结果表明,下丘各分区表征的特征频率(characteristic frequency,CF)范围明显不同:背皮质区 4~15 kHz,中央核区 10~70kHZ,外皮质区4~35 kHz.在中央核区,CF沿背-腹及外-内方向增加,高频位于中央核区的腹内侧,低频分布在背侧.CF 等频率线向内弯曲.背皮质区与中央核中心区听神经元的最低阈值(minimumthreshold,MT)较低(约 10 dB SPL),而外皮质区背侧及腹侧听神经元的MT较高.结果提示,小鼠下丘各分区听觉功能有所分工.
