摘要
应用实验所得动力学数据 ,以 CO和 CO2 加氢合成甲醇、甲醇脱水制二甲醚为独立反应 ,以 CO、CO2 和 DME为关键组分建立三相床淤浆反应器的数学模型。通过计算典型工况下年产 3万吨二甲醚反应器 ,得到了反应器的工艺与设备设计参数 ,讨论了操作条件对床层颗粒轴向分布、反应器高度、二甲醚反应结果的影响。
Based on the fundamental data of kinetics, the one dimensional mathemtical mode l for the three phase slurry reactor of 30 000t/a dimethyl ether in the typical i ndustrial instance has been established by taking hydrogenation of CO,CO 2 and dehydration of methanol as independent reaction, and CO and CO 2 as key compone nts. The design parameter of the reactor about technology and equipment has been obtained. The influence of operating condition on catalyst particle concentrati on on axial distribution, reactor height and dimethyl ether reaction result has been discussed.
