摘要
对制冷压缩机性能测试原理进行了分析 ,推出了一套基于现场总线技术的全自动制冷压缩机性能测试系统 .该系统采用开放式总线结构 ,以带有通讯功能的测试仪表及智能调节仪作为下层测控级 ,以工业控制计算机作为上层操作站 ,配合专为该系统研制的电机绕组温升在线测量仪及智能转速计等仪表 ,较好地完成了对压缩机工作状态的控制和性能的测试 .相对于传统的测试系统 ,实现了全部测试功能的自动化 ,将人为干扰降低到最低限度 ,使得测试的可重复性得到了保证 ;同时减少了测试时间 ,提高了工作效率 .由于整个测试系统采用开放式的结构 ,便于根据不同的要求对系统进行调整 。
The principle of measuring refrigerating compressor is analyzed. An automatic system for measuring the refrigerating compressor performance is introduced based on the field bus technology. The architecture of this system is open. The lower hierarchy of the architecture is composed of intelligent controller and measuring instrument with communication port. The higher hierarchy with industrial PC as workstation. Assorted with the intelligent on-line instrument for measuring winding temperature of compressor and the intelligent tachometer developed for this system, the working state of compressor is controlled properly, and the performance is measured accurately. Compared with the traditional measuring system, this system made all measuring functions automated, reduced the man-made interfere to minimum, and ensured the reproducibility of measuring results. The time needed for measuring is decreased, and the efficiency of work is improved. Because the system has an open architecture, the system can be adjusted according to different demands. The whole system is worthwhile to be popularized.
