摘要
以理想状况过滤元件阻力模型为指导 ,实验研究了流化床颗粒层过滤器过滤元件基本阻力的特征 ,料层高度、元件到布风板的距离等因素对元件基本阻力的影响规律 ,建立了具有实用价值的元件基本阻力表达式 .实验表明 ,在实用操作气速范围内 ,元件基本阻力随流化床操作气速增加而增大 ,证实了模型假设的合理性 .
A noval fluidized-bed granular filter(FBF) is being developed in SKLCC, which could be applied to the advanced coal-fired power conversion systems. The characteristic resistance of the filter unit in FBGF is experimentally investigated without any bed material circulating. The static height of bed material, the distance of filter to air distributor and the number of filter unit are explored, having to some extent effect on the filter characteristic resistance. Within the applied operation velocity, the characteristic resistance linearly varies with the velocity, i.e. it could be depicted by Darcy′s Law, which hence demonstrates the rationality of the symposiums of filter resistance models. The practice-valued empirical correlations of the filter characteristic resistance are finally concluded on the bas is of experimental results.
