摘要
研制了一种基于线阵CCD的多通道光谱仪 .该光谱仪以CCD为光谱探测器 ,取代了过去常用的光电倍增管 ,通过与光栅的结合实现了多通道光谱的同时测量 .本光谱仪的光谱测量范围为 40 0~ 70 0nm ,光谱分辨率达到 1 .6nm(在波长为 5 46.1nm处 ) .由于采用了一维线阵探测器 ,与传统扫描式光谱仪相比 ,本光谱仪的检测速度得到了极大的提高 .实验结果证明 ,本系统基本达到了预期的设计目标 .
A multi-channel spectrometer based on linear CCD is introduced. A linear CCD is employed as a detector to replace the PMT used for many years as the detector. The association of a CCD with a grate implements the simultaneous multi-channel detection. The spectal range of the spectrometer is from 400?nm to 700?nm, and the spectral resolution is about 1.6?nm when the wevelength is 546.1?nm. As linear array detector is employed in the system design, the spectrometer reaches much higher testing speed than the conventional spectrometers. It has been verified that the multi-channel spectrometer based on linear CCD has achieved its design aims.
