有挡板悬浮聚合搅拌釜的粘釜规律 被引量:1

摘要 在有机玻璃釜中,以冷模方法研究挡板条件对粘釜量及其分布的影响。发现挡板系数在0.1<K_B<0.2时粘釜总量最低。挡板的安装方式对粘釜量周向分布有较大影响。使用挡板将使粘釜量纵向分布比无挡板时均匀。冷模研究获得的结果与氯乙烯悬浮聚合粘釜较为吻合,对聚合釜设计具有一定的指导意义。 The effects of baffles on fouling and its distribution are studied in a plexiglass agitation vessel. It is found that the total number of the scale particles is the least when the baffling coefficient K_B is in0.1—0.2, and the effect of baffle installation on the circumferential distribution of scale is obviously. With baffles, the axial distribution of sticking could be evener than that without baffles. The conclusions observed are in good agreement with those in VC suspension polymerization and are to be valuable in polymerization reactor design.
