摘要 用膦酸盐改性的磺化聚苯乙烯负载型新型固体酸催化剂代替传统的液体酸催化剂合成己二酸 2 乙基己酯 ,探讨了催化剂用量及反应条件对酯化反应的影响 ,得出了该反应的最佳条件为 :催化剂用量为 2 g ,2 乙基己醇0 5mol,己二酸 0 1mol,二甲苯带水剂 15mL ,反应温度 16 5℃ ,反应时间 2h ,酯最高收率超过 97 8%.催化剂可以连续重复使用 11次 ,催化活性无明显降低 . Dioctyl Adipate(DOA) was synthesized with a new type of supported solid acid catalyst of sulfonated polystyrene modified by phosphonate instead of the traditional liquid acid catalyst and factors such as the amount of catalyst used and other reaction conditions that influence the esterification reaction were also studied. The optimum reaction conditions are:catalyst amount 2 g; 2 ethyl hexanol 0 5 mol; adipic acid 0 1 mol; xylene 15 mL;reaction temperature 165℃;reaction time 2 h. The highest yield of the ester was over 97 8%. The catalyst can be used in the same reaction for over 11 times with no obvious decrease of its catalytic activity. The catalyst has many advantages such as high working temperature, splendid catalytic activity, high yield, good reusability and no pollution to environment. It was a friendly to environment catalyst.
