摘要
研究了盐酸氯丙嗪的荧光分光光度测定法 ,在优化的实验条件下 ,该法测定盐酸氯丙嗪的线性范围为 0~2 0× 10 -6g/mL ,检出限为 1× 10 -8g/mL ;对浓度为 5 0× 10 -7g/mL的盐酸氯丙嗪进行 11次平行测定 ,得到相对标准偏差为 2 5 %.将本法用于盐酸氯丙嗪片剂的分析并与药典规定的标准方法对照 ,结果令人满意 .
A fast and simple spectrofluorimetric method for the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride is described based on its emission intensity at 435 nm in water media when excited at 305 nm. The response of fluorimetry on concentration of chlorpromazine hydrochloride is linear in the range 0 ~20×10 -6 g/mL with a detection limit (3 σ ) of 1×10 -8 g/mL. Relative standard deviation (RSD) is 2 5% for 5 0×10 -7 g/mL chlorpromazine hydrochloride ( n =11). The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in the commercial preparations with satisfactory results.
