摘要
1目的 观察牛磺酸对红细胞 ( RBC)的保护作用。 2方法 实验用大鼠肢体缺血再灌注损伤动物模型 ,采用荧光偏振法 ,以 DPH( 1.6 -二苯 -1、3、5己三烯 )为探剂 ,测定红细胞膜的流动性 ;以硫代巴比妥酸法及邻苯三酚自氧化法分别测定血浆丙二醛( MDA)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)含量。 3结果 大鼠肢体缺血再灌注 2 h后 ,RBC膜流动性增强 ,再灌注 4h后 RBC膜流动性降低。而牛磺酸既能改善再灌注 2 h的膜流动性增强 ,又能改善再灌注 4h的膜流动性 ,并可抑制脂质过氧化 ,增加 SOD活性。 4结论 牛磺酸可保护 RBC膜免受缺血再灌注后自由基生成过多而引起的损伤。
Objective To observe the protective effect of taurine on erythrocyte after limb ischemia reperfusion (IR) in rats. Methods The fluidity of erythrocyte membrane ,the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the plasma and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of erythrocyte were determined using the method of fluorescence polarization with DPH (1,6 diphenyl 1,3,5 hexatiene) as probe, thiobarbiturie acid and auto oxidation of pyrogallol, respectively. Results After the rats' limb were subjected to IR for 2 hours, the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane increased and after the rats' limb were subjected to IR for 4 hours, it decreased. However, treatment with taurine to IR rats alleviated these changes as mentioned above.Conclusions Taurine can protect erythrocyte membrane from the damage caused by free radicals after the rats' limb were subjected to IR.
