鼻咽癌常规放疗与并用适形照射近期疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 初步评价三维适形放射治疗在鼻咽癌面颈联合野照射后的应用及临床价值。 2方法  40例鼻咽癌患者分为 2组 , 组按传统放疗射野技术 , 组采用面颈联合野 +适形照射。面颈联合野 DT40 Gy/ 2 0 f,适形照射 DT补充至 74Gy。适形放疗分割方法 ,每周 3次 ,每次 DT 3.2~ 4Gy。 3结果  组 2年内复发占 2 0 % , 组占 10 %。晚期反应 : 组张口困难者 2例 ,颞叶坏死 1例 , 组未出现上述反应。
