摘要 目的 研究新型纳米复合材料用于根管治疗的可行性。方法 将 80颗离体单根管前牙舌面开髓 ,用逐步后退法进行根管预备后 ,随机分为四组 :氢氧化钙类糊剂 (CCQ)加牙胶尖组、新型纳米复合材料加牙胶尖组、新型纳米复合材料糊剂组和对照组 ,分别用 CCQ加牙胶尖、新型纳米复合材料加牙胶尖侧压法充填根管、新型纳米复合材料糊剂加压充填根管 ,对照组不进行根管充填。根管充填后用玻璃离子粘固粉封闭舌面开髓洞型。用透明牙法观察不同实验组染料渗入的深度 ,评价根管充填严密性。结果 新型纳米复合材料加牙胶尖组微渗漏 (0 .39±0 .19)低于 CCQ加牙胶尖组 (0 .6 8± 0 .4 3)和新型纳米复合材料糊剂组 (0 .77± 0 .4 0 ) (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而新型纳米复合材料糊剂组与 CCQ加牙胶尖组无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。对照组均发生全程染料渗入 (8.4 0± 0 .90 ) ,与其他组有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 新型纳米复合材料作为根管充填糊剂与牙胶尖联合使用 ,侧压法可达到较好的根管封闭效果 。 Objective To investigate the apical sealing ability of a new nanocomplex root canal filling material. Methods A total of 80 single rooted teeth were prepared using step back technique and were divided into four experimental groups. Group 1: filled with calcium hydroxide sealant(CCQ) and standard gutta percha. Group 2: filled with new nanocomplex sealant with gutta percha (the groups 1 and 2 were filled using lateral condensation technique LCT). Group 3: pure new nanocomplex paste with pressure. Group 4: unfilled (as control). The teeth were covered with sticky wax to within 1 mm of the root apex and immersed in the 1% methyl blue solution. The linear dye penetration was assessed using a stereomicroscope by clearing technique. Results The statistical results showed the microleakage of group 1 (0.39±0.19) was greater than that of group 2 (0.68±0.43) and group 3 (0.77±0.40), P <0.05; there was no significant difference between group 3 and group 2 ( P >0.05). Conclusion The new nanocomplex material has excellent sealing ability; it is suitable for root filling using LCT with gutta percha.
