摘要
目的 观察经 γ-射线照射后不同时间的正常肝组织 8种酶酶活性的改变。方法 将正常新西兰大白兔分为对照组和 6个实验组共 7组 ,实验组分别为 γ-射线照射后 4小时 ,8小时 ,12小时 ,18小时 ,2 4小时和4 8小时组 ,照射剂量为单次 2 0 0 Gy。对照组不进行 γ-射线照射。用酶组织化学方法观察经 γ-射线照射后肝脏的琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶、辅酶 黄递酶、葡萄糖 - 6 -磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、腺苷三磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶和乳酸脱氢酶酶活性的变化。结果 除酸性磷酸酶外 ,所有的定位于膜系统和细胞器内的酶呈一致性的下降。结论 本实验剂量下的
Objective To observe the changes of enzyme activity in hepatic cells induced by γ rays. Methods The samples of rabbit liver at different stages (4, 8, 12,18, 24 and 48 hours) after irradiation with 200 Gy rays were taken, and an assessment of the enzyme activity of succinate dehydrogenase, cytochrome oxidase, NADPH diaphorase, glucose 6 phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, adenosine triphosphatase, acid phosphatase and lactate dehydrogenase in hepatic cells was made using enzyme histochemistry. Results All the enzymes that are located in membranous system and intracellular organ decreased except acid phosphatase. Conclusion The mechanism for the γ ray induced changes of enzyme activity in hepatic cells involves mainly the radiation damage to the membranous system of hepatic cells.
