摘要
目的 研究针刺对衰老造模大鼠 p5 3、bcl- 2基因表达的影响。方法 用 D-半乳糖注射法建立大鼠衰老模型 ,经电针涌泉穴治疗后 ,用 RT- PCR方法检测 p5 3和 bcl- 2基因的表达情况。结果 电针能明显改善患鼠症状 ;D-半乳糖造模引起 p5 3基因表达上调 ,经电针涌泉穴后又可使其下调 ;bcl- 2基因的表达不受 D-半乳糖造模和电针的影响。结论 针刺涌泉穴对衰老大鼠的 p5
Objective To investigate the influence of electro acupuncture on the gene expression of p53 and bcl 2 in aging model rats. Methods Using the aging model rats induced by D galactose, we examined the effect of electro acupuncture of YONGQUAN POINT on the gene expression of p53 and bcl 2 through the approach of reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results The electro acupuncture partly down regulated the expression of p53 which was up regulated in the aging model rats. The symptoms of the rats were also relieved after the acupuncture. The expression of bcl 2 was not detected in both experiment and control groups. Conclusion The electro acupuncture of YONGQUAN POINT suppresses the genes expression of p53 in aging model rats.
