降颅压合剂直肠滴注配合西药治疗重症中风30例临床观察

Observation on Serious Apoplexy Treated with Jiangluya Mixture(降颅压合剂) Through Rectal Perfusion Matched with Western Medicine,a Report of 30 Cases

采用中药降颅压合剂直肠滴注配合西药治疗重症中风 30例 ,并设单用西药治疗 2 2例为对照。结果 :治疗组基本痊愈 3例 ,显著进步 8例 ,进步 15例 ,病情恶化或死亡 4例 ,总有效率为 86 .6 7% ;对照组基本痊愈 1例 ,显著进步 4例 ,进步 7例 ,病情恶化或死亡 10例 ,总有效率为 5 4 .5 5 %。两组比较有显著差异 (u=2 .0 388,P=0 .0 4 16 )

cases of serious apoplexy were treated with Jiangluya mixture(JM) through rectal perfusion matched with western medicine,and 22 cases only treated with western medicine were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,3 cases cured,8 cases had significant effect,15 cases effective and 4 cases grew worth or died.The total effective rate was 86.67%;While in the control group,1 case cured,4 cases had significant effect,7 cases effective and 10 cases grew worth or died.The total effective rate was 54.55%.There were significant differences between the two groups (u=2 0388,P=0 0416)
