彩色多普勒能量图对囊性肾癌诊断的评价

Application Assessment of Color Doppler Energy for Cystic Renal Carcinoma

目的 本文旨在应用彩色多普勒能量图 (ColorDopplerenergy ,CDE)提高囊性肾癌的术前正确诊断率。方法 回顾经手术病理证实囊性肾癌 12例及超声误诊为囊性肾癌的出血性肾囊肿 2例。结果 典型囊性肾癌可见囊壁及分隔不规则增厚及囊壁乳头状结节 ,CDE较CDFI可以更好地在增厚的囊壁或分隔内可探及血流信号。复杂肾囊肿术前不易与囊性肾癌区别 ,必要时针吸活检或手术治疗。结论 CDE技术能够更好地显示囊壁及分隔内的血供状况 ,有助于临床对囊性肾癌的诊断与鉴别 ,本文对CDE的应用方法学也进行了讨论。

Objective To try to apply the color doppler energy (CDE) to improve the diagnostic rate for cystic renal carcinoma. Methods 12 cases of cystic renal carcinoma that were confirmed with pathology after operation and 2 cases misdiagnosed as hemorrhagic renal cyst were analyzed retrospectively. Results The typical cystic renal carcinoma showed that there were cystic wall, irregular thickened septum and papillary node on the wall. CDE could obtain the better blood signals than CDFI. The complex renal cyst might be confused with cystic renal carcinoma and biopsy or operation should be adopted. Conclusion CDE technique could show cystic wall and blood supply better and be benefit for diagnosis and differential diagnosis on cystic renal carcinoma. This paper also had discussed the CDE method application.
