创伤性与激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换疗效比较

Value Assessment of Total Hip Anthroplasty (Joint Replacement) in Steroid-induced and Traumatic Femoral Head Osteonecrosis

目的 比较创伤性与激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换术的疗效。方法 对我院 1991～ 2 0 0 1年间行全髋关节置换术治疗创伤性与激素性股骨头缺血性坏死患者进行随访研究共 5 1例。结果 激素组松动率大于创伤组。结论 激素性股骨头缺血性坏死全髋关节置换术疗效较创伤性股骨头缺血性坏死差。

Objective To assess the value of total hip anthroplasty in steroid-induced and traumatic femoral head osteonecrosis. Method Follow-up survey 51 cases of femoral head osteonecrosis patients form 1991 to 2001 in our department. Result The group of steroid-induced have more flexible rate than traumatic group do. Conclusion total hip anthroplasty in steroid-induced femoral head osteonecrosis has less value than in traumatic cases.
