摘要
当热设备内表面发生破损时,其内壁边界形状很难直接获取。为解决这一困难,针对三维球壳内壁破损,利用红外热像仪扫描其外壁面获得的温度场,作为一强加边界条件,详细推导出一个普遍适用的内壁形状解析表达式。理论上证明该式是实用的,可为这类问题的有效解决提供一可行的红外诊断方案。
The inner geometry shape can't be got directly when the inner wall of an equipment is damaged. The analytic equation is given based on the surface temperature distribution obtained by scanning the surface of the equipment. The inner wall shape of a spherical shell can be thermal-diagnosed from this study.
