介质阻挡放电中光电信号延迟时间的测量

摘要 在对介质阻挡放电输出的光电信号及电流信号测量的基础上,采用最小二乘拟合的方法,通过采集不同倍增管电压下的输出光电信号相对放电电路电流信号的时间延迟,从而获得了光信号相对于放电电路电流信号的时间延迟特征,并对倍增管的延迟时间进行了标定。这对光电检测介质阻挡放电动力学过程研究具有重要意义。 On the basis of measurement results of the optical-electrical and current signals in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), the delay time between the optical signal and the current signal is obtained. The delay time of the optical-electrical signal and the current signal in the different voltage of photo-multiplies is measured. By using the least squares approach, the delay time induced by photo-multiplier tube is calibrated.
