呋喃丹对雄性大鼠急性生殖损伤的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨农药呋喃丹对雄性大鼠生殖系统急性损害作用。方法 以 0 3,1 5 ,3 0mg/kg剂量经口染毒 7d ,检测大鼠血清及睾丸组织匀浆中脂质过氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、丙二醛 (MDA)、活性氧 ,睾丸组织标志酶 β -葡萄糖醛酸苷酶 (β G)、葡萄糖 - 6 -磷酸脱氢酶 (G 6 PD)、乳酸脱氢酶同工酶X (LDHx)及一氧化氮 (NO)、一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)的含量或活力。结果 染毒 7d大鼠血清GSH Px、β G、NOS活力下降 ,睾丸组织匀浆中MDA、活氧含量及 β G、NOS活力升高(P <0 0 5 ) ,GSH Px、SOD活力下降 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 短时间接触呋喃丹可对大鼠睾丸组织产生脂质过氧化作用 。 ObjectiveTo study acute toxic effects of carbofuran on reproductive system of male rats.Methods Levels or activities of lipid peroxidation indexes,such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-P x),malondialdehyde(MDA)and active oxygen,testis marker enzyme such as β-glucuronidase(β-G),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6-PD),lactic dehydrogenase isoenzyme-x(LDHx),and oth ers,such as nitrogen monoxide(NO),nitrogen-monoxide synthase(NOS)were measured in serum and lactis homogenate after male rats were exposed to carbofuran for 7 days by oral experiments at dose of 0.3,1.5,and 3.0 mg/kg respectively.ResultsFor exposure group after 7 days,ac tivities of GSH-Px,β-G,and NOS in serum were lower than in control group,whereas in testis homogena te,levels of MDA and active oxygen,activities of β-G and NOS were higher(0.05),but activities of GSH-Px and SOD were lowerConclusionsLipid peroxidation in rats testis may be found after short-time exposure to carbofuran indicating testis toxic damage.
