摘要
目的 分析中学教师职业紧张 ,为采取有效缓解措施提供依据。方法 采用职业紧张测量问卷 ,对某市 335名中学教师进行职业紧张调查 ,内容包括紧张因素、缓解因素、个体因素和紧张反应 4个方面 ,问卷采用自评法完成。对资料进行整理后 ,用EXCEL建库 ,STATA软件进行统计分析。结果 男教师的工作控制、工作负荷与责任、提升机会、心理满足感得分高于女教师 ,社会支持、躯体不适、日常紧张感得分低于女教师。班主任教师的工作负荷、提升机会、躯体不适、日常紧张感得分高于非班主任教师。毕业班教师工作前景未知性、心理满足感得分低于非毕业班教师 ,工作负荷、抑郁症状、日常紧张感、正性情绪得分高于非毕业班教师。结论 女教师紧张程度高于男教师 ;任教毕业班教师紧张程度高于非毕业班教师 ;
ObjectiveOccupational stress and strain among middle school teachers were studied to provide the basis of effective relieving measure s. Methods335 teachers were investigated using job stress questio nnaire,including stress factors,relief factors,individual factors and stress rea ction.Self-estimate method was used to analyze stress factors,EXCEL for data en try and STATA for statistic analysis. ResultsIt was found that for male teachers,scores of job contr ol,working load and responsibility,promoting opportunity and mental satisfaction were higher than those for female ones,while for social support,physical compla ints and daily stress,scores of males were lower than those of females.For t e achers in charge of classes,scores of working load,promoting opportunity,phy sica l complaints and daily stress were higher than those not in charge of classes.Co mpared with teachers not teaching senior classes,scores of future ambiguity and mental satisfaction were lower for teachers teaching senior classes,whereas scor es of working load,depression,daily stress and positive feelings were higher. ConclusionsOccupational stress of female teachers,of teach ers in charge of class and of ones teaching senior class were respectively higher th an that of male ones,teachers not in charge of class and those not teaching seni or class.
