摘要
目的 探讨中学教师暴露的职业紧张因素及其对心理健康的影响。方法 采用职业紧张问卷对某市 3所中学的 335名教师进行了职业紧张调查 ,并用逐步回归模型分析了教师的主要职业紧张因素和缓解因素。结果 发现工作控制、工作需求、工作冲突、工作角色、物理环境、文化程度、性别、教毕业班、当班主任、自尊感、应付策略等是中学教师心理健康回归方程的主要影响因素。结论 中学教师工作需求高 ,工作控制程度低 ,工作冲突多 ,工作环境差 ,工作角色紧张 ,这些均影响其身心健康 ,应针对各影响因素 ,采取适当的干预和心理健康促进措施 ,以提高教师的心理健康水平 。
ObjectiveThe effect of occupational stress and strain on mental health of teachers in junior and senior middle school was studied. W THZ Methods335 teachers were investigated using job stress questio nnaire.Stepwise regression model was used to analyze the stress factors. ResultsIt was found that job control,job demands,job-pe rson c onflict,physical environment,job role,self-respect,coping tactics ,education ,f emale,and teaching senior class or in charge of classes were the main occupation al stress factors. ConclusionsTeachers in junior and senior middle school had low level of job control,high job demands and,job role ambiguity,poor physical envi ronme nt,more job-person conflict,more self-respect,and less coping tactics.Proper m easurements should be taken to improve their mental health.
