摘要
目的 探讨职业紧张对女教师月经的影响。方法 应用具有可接受的信度和效度的职业紧张问卷 ,对某市 2 18名中学女教师进行职业紧张与月经有关问题的调查。EXCEL建库 ,采用STATA软件 ,进行非条件logistic回归分析。结果 任班主任 ,睡眠时间少 ,物理环境差 ,工作前景未知 ,工作负荷大 ,是女教师月经量变化的危险因素 ;物理环境差 ,工作责任大 ,工作负荷大 ,工作前景未知 ,是经前期紧张综合征的危险因素 ;物理环境差 ,工作责任大 ,提升机会少 ,担任班主任 ,任教毕业班 ,工作前景未知 ,是月经不规律的危险因素。而良好的社会支持可以减少月经紊乱的发生。结论 职业紧张因素对女教师月经有一定的影响 。
ObjectiveTo explore effects of occupational stress on menses among female middle school teachers. Methods218 female teachers from three middle schools were inve stigated on the questions associated with job stress and menses usin g job stress questionnaire with acceptable credibility and efficiency,and EXCEL for data entry,STATA for statistic analysis. ResultsIt was found that for female teachers,in charge of clas s,not having enough sleep,poor physical environment,future ambiguity and heavy w ork load were main risk factors for quantity changes of menses;poor working envi ronment,great responsibility,heavy work load and future ambiguity were risk fact ors for preme nstrual tension syndrome.As to menstrual irregularity,risk factors were poor w or king environment,great responsibility,fewer promoting opportunities,in charge of class,teaching senior class and future ambiguity.Better social support may decr ease the chances for menstrual dysfunction. ConclusionsOccupational stress may have some effect on menses of female teachers,and better social support may decrease the chances for menstrual dysfunction.
