摘要
介绍国内振动钻削研究成果简况之后,重点叙述了自行设计的车床上振动钻削附件的试验情况,包括实验装置、振动切削与普通切削时表面质量、切屑、切削扭矩、刀具寿命、切削液等的对比数据。为低频扭振型的振动切削应用于生产实践提供了参考数据。
This paper has reviewed the reseach achievement on vibration cutting in China and focused on the experiments with self-designed vibration drilling device,including experimental results comparing with traditional drilling method, machined surface quality, cutting chip .drilling torque, cutting tool life and cutting coolant. All of these provide a reference date for the applications of vibration drilling with low frequency tor-sional vibration.
