摘要 本研究介绍一种人子宫内膜细胞培养的简易方法及其优点。该法既节省时间和经费 ,又能保持子宫内膜细胞间联系 ;利用细胞爬片能定性、定位且定量检测基因等的表达 ,为科研及临床工作提供了基础实验方法。 To introduce a simple technique to culture human endometrial cells and its advantage,which can save time and money, preserve stromal/epithelial cell interactions, and detect gene expression qualitatively,locally and quantitively,so as to provide a basic experimental method for scientific study and clinical work.
