实习生要充分认识上好第一堂课的意义和作用,争取首战告捷.要上好第一堂课必须从深入了解情况、认真试教试讲、消除心理压力、周密教学设计、营造课堂气氛5个方面着手.

The student teachers should recognize the importance of the first class for their practice,and try to do the first class well,just as a strategist does the first battle in a campaign.The success of the first class will influence the teachers confidence, the students interest in the subject and the impression of the teacher in the students mind.To do the first class,the student teachers should learn the students well,think out every detail before going into the classroom,get relaxed,make a careful teaching plan,and try to create a good atmosphere in the classroom.
