摘要
对青葙种子的蛋白质与氨基酸进行了研究 ,测得其粗蛋白的含量为 2 0 .8% ,含有 18种氨基酸 ,其中有营养必需的 8种氨基酸 .并根据模式蛋白质 。
Amino acid contents in seed proteins of Celosia argentea L. were studied in the paper. It was found that the content of proteins was 20.8%. Seed of C.argentea contains 18 kinds of amino acids, of which 8 kinds are essential amino acids. The nutritive value of the protein was evaluated by the method of fuzzy discernment and the method of chemical analysis, based on the model protein.
